My new twist on a summer favorite sandwich – Balsamic Vinegar

Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Sandwich

Good French or Sour Dough Bread

Slices of good fresth mozzarella

Slices of vine ripe tomatoes

Fresh Basil leaves

Drizzle with the best Balsamic Vinegar (My sister brings it back from Italy for me)

Butter each outside of sandwich bread, layer mozzarella, basil, tomatoes and

drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar.  Grill in hot pan or put into your panini maker.

Yummy!  There is nothing better on a hot summer day – Enjoy!
